Life is an eternal process.  And in that eternity, as we look back to our last 13 years in Oriflame, we really amaze ourselves, as to how our course of life and action has really changed.
Normally, a successful Govt of India executive in full command of his job, and then a corporate executive, equally successful, in Aloke and a successful entrepreneur in her own business with a boutique of saris in Mitali, would not have come to the arena of a network, absolutely uncertain of future of network in India, 13 years back, when it was just introduced in the country. But, our self confidence in ourselves could not deter us to jump into the fray, and take it as a thorough challenge after reading about networking methods from eminent writers abroad, and its phenomenal success, thereto.
Journey in Oriflame: We decided for one to be successful in this game too, and change our life along with many others, with us, who care to dream of changing their own lives.
In this journey of ours, we never did away with our hobbies, remaining as music, at leisure hours, as a food for our thought. We have very strong likes and dislikes as well. Straightforwardness and being conscientious is a must for anyone in life, we believe. We also believe hypocrisy and dishonesty are to be shunned for anyone to rise in life.
And in all these beliefs and practises, of ours, prevail the inspiration of both our parents, from whom we had the primary lessons of ethical values, in life.
Achievement: In  all humility, our greatest achievement if at all, is to present ourselves as leaders who did not succumb to despair, frustration, or hopelessness, but emerge victorious from them all and build up a great team of consultants, who are proud of their individuality, personality and own style of work, with we two remaining as their mentors.  
Our Oriflame story, in a word, is about fulfilment of dreams extraordinary, into reality. Not only for ourselves, but of many, in our team and that is the real success story not only of we two or our team leaders, but of each and every leader of the world.
Our journey is an ongoing process but summary is keep focus, create new dreams, chase it, never ever give up and the ultimate victory is yours.

Before Oriflame: Class 1 Officer in Govt of India (in the beginning), then a Corporate Executive (in a MNC) and finally started own business of Engineering. Mitali was a successful entrepreneur, in form of a Boutique Shop Owner.
